Ignite Leaders Camp is an initiative of Ink Coaching Limited, focused on using experiential learning to
holistically equip the modern-day male teenager to confidently navigate through life challenges and
transitions as well as leverage their gifts to achieve greatness and positively impact the society at large.

Our Approach
Our Approach is EPIC (Experiential, Participatory, Image rich & Connecting) Relevant to the modern-day teenager and arousing self-initiated learning ensuring lasting transformation. We apply this approach by Creating Memorable adventurous Experiences that lead to less-had yet must-have conversations that lead to positive transformation from the inside-out of each participant and culminate it with reflective curriculum constituted by impactful images that teach holistic principles and habits helping teens get ready for real life.
Objectives of ILC:
By the end of the 4 day camp, Each participant will:
- Understand the role of men in urban society, shed misconceptions and adopt the right paradigms, habits and attitudes towards life.
- Be able to withstand common 21st century life challenges, culminate self-discipline, strategically plan their personal lives, manage finances and begin a journey of achieving greatness through leveraging their gifts.
- Leave with a community of likeminded peers that consistently hold each other accountable.
- Leave with practical actionable items to perform in the next 21 days guided by a mentor.
