Patrick has over 10 years of experience growing and developing employees, leaders and brands as a consultant, trainer and a certified experiential learning coach; His 8 years at Bluesky adventures served as a foundation for his career. He has farther consulted for Human asset consultants, Kama kazi, Nazarene university, Catalyst, SBO training, Rift valley adventures, Tukio ventures and is now serving as the operations director at ink consulting. Since 2010, Patrick has built relationships with teams and led them through exercises, leadership programs, and adventure trips that have helped people step up to business challenges, climb higher personally and professionally, and lead teams more effectively. He is on a mission to encourage unity, trust and open communication among a diverse group of people and personalities.

With experience including training both the private and public sectors, which offers a unique understanding of the complex Kenyan market with the purpose to propose and execute strategic specialized experiential learning techniques to increase/ promote healthy and cohesive work relationships and environment, step up to business challenges, climb higher personally and professionally, and lead teams more effectively. The challenge is how to encourage unity, trust and open communication among a diverse group of people and personalities. Patrick is a certified level 2 trainer by the Association for challenge course technology.
